Job Description: Principle Stylist // all seeing eye // Salon Floor Manager
Star Sign: Pisces
When did you start at Linton and Mac: week pre opening
What was your very first job: working with my mum in her friends salon in Fife, Saturday Skivvy!
What was your path to Linton and Mac: poached by Ms Linton & Ms Mac! I had worked with them both in previous salons and knew Jen fron Fife days... I trained in Fife from school then moved to Ishoka and Saks
What are your highlights of working at Linton ad Mac so far: seeing mum and dad (AKA Jen & Jaye) doing so well // training with Sergio from Windle and Moodie has been a personal highlight
What are your dreams, goals and ambitions: it is a dream to do session work at a fashion week // to be successful in my career // to remain happily married // to bring up my child or children(!) in a loving family environment and teach them to appreciate life
Who are your industry idols: Rudi Lewis - Scottish session stylist // Eugene Soloman - hairdresser // Tom Walker - photographer
Style icons: Vivienne Westwood // Drew Barrymore // Daisy Low // Alison Mosshart // Noel Fielding // Princess Di.....
Describe your own personal style in three words: quirky // relaxed // mix-mashy, eclectic
If you could have any one else in the salons style for one day, who's would you steal and why: Jaye - I like how she is so versatile, but stays understated and cool.......... plus, she's always bang on trend, before they hit home!
Worst hair day and why: I've had quite a lot of bad hair days! 2007 - Irn Bru hair being one of my worst colour choices.... oh, and my black phase at 16 - black with silver streaks..... and a pixie crop once, oh no - the memories are flooding back!
Where do you see yourself in five years time: at Linton and Mac of course! Working a successful career, having achieved my London Fashion Week dream. Enjoying seeing the progression and growth of the Linton and Mac Family... producing amazing work!
Top holiday destinations: BEEN - Thailand // DREAM - Hong Kong or South Korea
Favourite hang-outs in Aberdeen: The Tippling House and Drummonds in Aberdeen.... but I live in Stonehaven, so tend to hang out at Aunt Betty's, The Marine, Toll Booth and absolutely love the walk out to Dunnottar Castle
Top tunes on your playlist just now: Mouldy Peaches "Anything But You" // Primal Scream - Screamadelica //Cortinas // The Beatles

Favourite book: I tend to read magazines rather than books... Wonderland // V Magazine
Words to live by: "forever and always make yourself happy and never hurt anyone in the process"
Worst habit: I am a bit OCD! I have to wear my hair up before I can eat is one of my many little quirks... but my husband Ross would say my worst habit is being mess - he's probably right!
What colour in a box of paints best describes you and why: green - it's calming, yet fun, a bit like me... also it can change with the seasons. It's cool, calm and collected and has so much range of tones - LOVE green!
What single individual has taught you most in life and what have you learned from them: Granny Frances Murray, she taught me about values - and then I met my husband, Ross made me realise what kind of person I wanted to become. He calmed me down a bit... in a good way!
