Hair by Sam McKnight

Sam McKnight's name is synonymous with modern, sexy hair and his legendary career encompasses catwalks, editorials, and advertising campaigns for an extensive list of clients from Chanel and Doir to Vivienne Westwood. A regular contributor to Vogue, including over on hundred covers for British Vogue alone, McKnight's work alongside photographers Patrick Demarchelier, Nick Knight and Mario Testino and his seven years working with Princes Diana, have created some of the most iconic images in modern fashion history.

One of the original session stylists to emerge on the fashion scene in the late 1970’s, Sam McKnight is an integral part of the industry. McKnight has been instrumental in helping develop some of the most iconic images of Kate Moss, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, Naomi Campbell and Princess Diana among many others. He is one of the first hairstylists to have carved out a career solely within fashion, having worked on thousands of fashion editorial shoots, advertising campaigns, red carpets, and catwalk shows. He has worked with most of the leading lights of our time as well as an international group of fashion houses from Chanel to Vivienne Westwood.
