We’re pretty easy going but there are a few house rules to follow…
PATCH TEST - If you’re new to colour with us, a colour consultation and patch test is a must with a 48 hr minimum period between the patch test and colour service. And yes, this also is required even if you’d had colour elsewhere. If you haven’t had colour with us within 6 months of your last visit, a new patch test is required.
FINISH - Colour services need to be followed by a finishing service - either a blowdry or a cut (which includes a blowdry)
MAKING APPOINTMENTS - We require card details to secure any bookings. Cancellations or rescheduling outwith 48 hours is fine. Anything within 48hrs will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the booked service, including no-shows.
PAYMENTS - We’re cashless and accept all credit and debit cards, including American Express.
