ADDITIONAL COLOUR CHARGES
All colour prices are from the value shown. Depending on hair type, length, density, more colour may be required and additional colour charges will be added.
COLOUR CONSULTATION & PATCH TESTS
Required for all new clients for any colour service. Or if you haven’t had colour with us for over 6 months. It must be done at least 48 hours prior to any colour service appointment.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
We require card details to secure any bookings.
Cancellations or rescheduling outwith 48 hours is fine. Anything within 48hrs will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the booked service. No-shows will be charged at 100% of the booked service.
PAYMENTS
We’re cashless and accept all credit and debit cards, including American Express.
