Points to note

  • All colour prices are from the value shown. Depending on hair type, length, density, more colour may be required and additional colour charges will be added. Your stylist will confirm this with you during consultation.

  • Required for all new clients for any colour service. Or if you haven’t had colour with us for over 6 months.To be done at least 48 hours prior to service appointment.

  • Colour services must be followed by a finishing service - either a blowdry or a cut (which includes a blowdry)

  • We require card details to secure any bookings.

    Cancellations or rescheduling outwith 48 hours is fine. Anything within 48hrs will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the booked service. No-shows will be charged at 100% of the booked service.

  • We’re cashless and accept all credit and debit cards, including American Express.

    We also have Paypal Pay-in-3 for any invoice over £100 (requires your personal Paypal account with registered card)

  • The first part of your L&M appointment! And it’s complimentary

    If you’re looking for colour services as a new client or haven’t been in for a colour at L&M for more than 6 months, book a Colour Consultation.

    If you’d like to discuss exploring extensions book an Extension Consultation.

    You have concerns about your current hair health, we have a complimentary Hair Health Consultation option.

    Please note, even if you had colour done anywhere else, we still require having a patch test performed in-salon on record.

    Your patch test is a dot of colour behind your ear.

    Your colour service can be done 48 hours later barring any reaction.
